Please Note:– The above rates are on a per room per day basis, are non-commissionable. All beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) will be charged as per consumption and has to be bought from the hotel.

Cancellation For the Rooms :

Cancellation Received between 45 and 30 Days of 01st Check-in of Conference/Event, the hotel reserve the rights to charge 50% Of the Total Expected Billing as retention.
Cancellation between 30 to 15 Days, of 01st Check-in of Conference/Event, the hotel reserve the right to charge 75% of the expected billing as retention
Cancellation less than 15 Days, of 01st Check-in of Conference/Event , the hotel reserve rights to charge 100% of the expected billing as retention.
7 or less than 07 Days of the 01st Check-in of the conference / event, including “ no-show”, the hotel reserve rights to charge 100% of the expected billing as retention
